• Soil Contamination Studies using Rapid Delineation Field Technologies, with projection of costs for environmental restoration;

• Soil Vapor Studies and Indoor Air Quality Evaluations. Groundwater Contamination Studies, with Characterization and Delineation, Source Area Evaluations;

• 2-Dimensional Contaminant Fate and Transport projections;

• Complete Phase II Reports and Cost Estimations for Compliance.

Remediation 

• Complete Due Diligence, Remediation Scoping, Cost Estimation, Regulatory Negotiation, Oversight and Closure. Documentation of complex environmental conditions and cost to cure estimations. Risk transfer through escrow negotiations, pollution legal liability insurance, cost cap programs. Completion of NYS and NYC OER Brownfield projects, Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies, Human and Environmental Risk Assessment, years of experience working on remedial efforts on State and Federal Superfund sites, RCRA closures, as well as privately owned-sites such as gasoline stations, dry-cleaners, industrial and manufacturing sites. Implementation of public and private oil and chemical spill remediation projects. Conduct of in-situ and traditional remediation technologies with expedited closure programs.
